Landing Page to Collect Emails While Website is Under Construction?

Hello – wondering if there’s a way to collect email addresses on the home page of a website while it’s being developed via this plugin? or just create a landing page using a different URL? Website is launching in a month, but would love to drive people to the site and have them land on a “waitlist” aka subscribe to the newsletters.

Maybe this is a premium feature?
