Integrate with Ultimate Member plugin / manage subscription in user profile

Hi,

I am using Ultimate Member (http://ultimatemember.com/) plugin for my user system to manage users on the Frontend.
Part of this is that users can have profile tabs in which they display information from various forms within UM.
One such tab I need to have is a newsletter tab.
Besides the user signing up to the website that would automatically subscribe him to the newsletters I have over 20 lists to which they can subscribe.
Instead of the “To change subscriber options” in the footer of the email I would like that page to be displayed inside the user profile tab. That way the user can manage which lists he is subscribed to at any given time and don’t have to go back to an email he received to get the link.
