Import user as batch

Dear,

related to the user import on the plugin. There is a way to automatize this process?
Because we need to sync an external database, so we can’t ask to the customer to upload manually everytime the csv file with the contacts.
I thought something like:

– or that automatize the csv upload procedure;
– or some api that allow us to programmatically put contacts on the newsletter.

Exist something like that?
