    Hi – I can’t seem to be able to import the 40 or so already registered WP users.

    Get the following error: Database error see the log files (log files path can be found on Newsletter diagnostic panel)

    On the status page everything is in green except for the Database wait timeout (set at 60 seconds by our Hosting Siteground and cannot be changed unless we upgrade the plan)- this is a small website/small list of 40 users so is this necessary to work?

    What else can be done?

    On the bottom of the status panel you can get the log.
