Http 500 Error After SignUp Form when i am Activating Wp User Integration plugin

Hy I am from pakistan Using Your Plugin ,I have got an error Http 500 Error after Sign Up form,I have checked this issue by dectavating wp user integration then this issue was not coming but when i activate wp user integration plugin it cause this type of error while sign Up button is pressed ,So plz tell me any alternate so that i can archieve my work and also use this plugin,

Note :: While Activating (Wp User Integration) plugin functionality is working 100 % But After Clicking Sign Up Button I am getting this error(Http 500 Error)

Hi, an error 500 is logged in your server error log. If you can get it we can find which could be the problem.
