how to send automated subscription confirmation letter?

i had designed a subscription letter, but tell me how i send it automatically to users when ever they register? similarly how to send activation emails via automatic system?

The activation and welcome emails can be configured in the subscription panel.

thank you.. i had fixed it ..now i will say… its the best plugin available online ..

but a smalll question.. i dont know its from newsletter plugin or not … after subscription , user again get an email containing a username which is different than the user added.

for eg: of the user added “wolf” as username and his email id is “redwolf@something.com” then the email will tell his username is “redwolf”…. dont know where the username “wolf” gone… if its set by ur plugin plz say how to solve it .. else a BIG thankx
