How to insert a list of subcribers into a page or post?

I’ve searched the documents to find ways to print a subscriber list to a EXCEL spreadsheet?
Is there a short code to insert into a page that will list (show) 20-100 as example members of a list?
Can lists be viewer OUTSIDE of the Newsletter plugin for members of that list to see?
