How to add the checkboxes YES/NO for marketing email consent?

Hi to all,
I use (for now) the free plugin and I set in my blog the basic newsletter subscription setting the checkbox for newsletter consent.
Now I would like to add the checkboxes YES/NO for marketing emails consent.
How can I do this?

You should create a specific list to collect that consent a show the list option on your subscription forms. If you send only marketing newsletters, you can state in the subscription form that data collected is for marketing explicitly, hence you don’t need specific consent.

quindi se ho capito bene: nel mio caso creo una lista, nella casella Nome scrivo qualcosa tipo “Acconsento l’invio di comunicazioni commerciali ecc ecc”, come Modulo di iscrizione imposto Show, Unchecked e la vedo comparire sul blog, prima pero’ del checkbox impostato per la newsletter non commerciale e comunque per quella commerciale vedo un solo checkbox ma per la GDPR non dovrebbero essere due SI/NO espliciti?
