    Hello

    I am a new users, and I have sent our a newsletter with 9 recipients yesterday. One of them was me, and I have opened the newsletter (gmail.com).

    However, still today, the Dashboard does still show, that none of the recipients has opened the newsletter. But I have opened it. That leads me to the question: How does this tracking work?

    The newsletter does not include any image, if that is important.

    Hi, opens are tracked using and embedded image. Hence or gmail has not loaded that image or the tracking was disabled. If you add test@thenewsletterplugin.com address in your subscriber list ans send us a newsletter we can check.
