Free/Premium features confusion

I’m confused by the info on the plugin Home Page:
Powerful features. All for free.
Automated Newsletters
Automatic newsletters generation with latest blog posts, events and any other custom post type.

I’ve installed the latest free version (and I’m generally quite impressed so far!) but can’t see a way of embedding or intregating blog posts or articles. I can’t see any automation features at all. Are these features in the Premium version – which I cannot therefore see?

Please ignore my slightly caustic post above!!! I found I was using an HTML theme as a starting point. I created some new variations using other themes (that offered blog insertion) and found all those features there: well done, Newsletter people!
