Free newsletter plugin doesn’t reaches every person on the list

Hi, thanks for your support.
I sent some newsletters the last days but it didn’t reach every e-mail adress.
I got some of my friends and my own e-mail adresses in the list but most of that people i don’t know this good / don’t have the phone number to ask.
The list is about 240 adresses. The progess is 100% for days now.
Me and my friends didn’t get the mail but i got some answeres so some mails gotten through.
I need your help please.
