free Addon installation

help when I try to install the free add-on manager when installed says incompatible archive and im not able to use adding. Please assist around this issue.

Hi, I installed it on a couple of blog getting it from the documentation page or this link

https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/get-addons-manager

and it works. Could be when you download the zip package it is unpacked and you’re trying to upload the folder and not the zip file?

Hello Stefano thanks for your reply, when I download it, it is unpacked and I compress it into a zip as seen here:

Hello,

are you using a Mac?

If so, it happens from time to time that archive files get downloaded in a incompatible format. Please try to upload directly the plugin folder (uncompressed) via ftp tp wp-content/plugins. Then, activate plugin from the WordPress backend.
