Where is the setting to modify the format of the confirmation (subscribe and unsubscribe) emails? I’ve formatted the welcome email to my liking, but it looks like the confirmation email background formatting are in a different location that I am having a hard time finding.
Specifically there is a header with an outdated version of logo and title and a footer with a website, address and logo that need spacers and centering.
