fetch data dynamically…

Hello,
i want to ask,
i need to fetch data dynamically in my custom functionally (witch i add to the newsletter plugin) so,

-what is the method (API function like tnp::subscribe() or tnp()->subscribe(), etc) witch preforms the subscription and where is located (something like class-newsletter.php).

-where i can find id/names of saved list in the backend.
