Extra Profile Fields A mandatory field is not filled in error message

In “Subscription Form Fields and Layout”

Trying to add “Extra Profile fields”

I add
Name/Label Placeholder When/Where Type Rule
First Name Your First Name Show on form Text Required
Items and then get the Error

Only box empty but nothing tells us to add anything in “List Values Comma”

“A mandatory field is not filled in” error message

Would not need any support it things like this had examples of info as to what it asked for?
