Error Updating Addons

Hello! I am encountering an issue while trying to update two plugins: "Addons Manager and Support" and "Import/Export" for my WordPress site.

During the update process, I receive the following error message for both plugins:

"An error occurred while updating Newsletter - Import/Export: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Invalid archive structure."

"An error occurred while updating Newsletter - Addons Manager and Support: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Invalid archive structure."
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Additionally, when I check the version details, I see the message "Plugin not found." We have already tried deactivating and reinstalling the addon.

Versions:
Newsletter - Version 8.5.9 (latest)
Addons Manager and Support - Version 1.3.0
Import/Export - Version 1.5.1

Hi, that happens when there is a connection problem between the blog and our server, please, get the zip from your account page on this site an upload it manually from the plugins/add new page.
The addon (which is a regular WP plugin) will be updated.
