Error on {unsubscription_confirm_url}

Hello,
Recently the code {unsubscription_confirm_url} is sending the clients to the subscribe newsletter. So they are complaining and asking that I do it manually. Is there a way to fix that ?

Hi, the link addresses the subscriber to the public page of the newsletter, where only the [newsletter] shortcode should be present.
Or on that page the [newsletter_form] is used, or there is something removing the URL parameters blocking the plugin from recognizing the subscriber.
In the first case you should have a notice on the admin panels of the plugin.
