No mail arrives, neither the test ones nor resending the welcome to the test emails, nor the real shipments. But, it does not drop any error messages, they are shown as successful shipments, but none arrive, nor as spam either. I already did the test of creating an email from scratch, without images or links, but it doesn’t arrive either; I also decreased the amount allowed per hour, nothing. Any ideas please…
Hi, you should contact the provider and ask to check the mailing subsystem. Newsletter “moves” the messages to that subsystem and cannot control what is happening after (and those systems do not return errors most of the times).
