    I am a new user of elastic email and trying to get it to send a test email before applying to my entire distribution list. However, I continue to get the error message “Incorrect apikey or the ‘apikey’ parameter is missing.” I have been working with Elastic Email support for the last 3 days to no avail. My domain is verified and I am copying the exact api key into newsletter. Any thoughts?

    Hi, but are you using our integration? Would you be so kind to open a support ticket so a tech can take it in charge?
