Download admin.php instead of save or sent the newsletter

since the update i cant sent or save newsletters. If i try to save or go to the next step in the creator, the download window opens. in the admin.php is written:

“The server is temporarily unable to service your
request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems. Please try again later”
I contact my provider but they said there is no problem with the server.

Can you help me to fix that problem?

Hi, usually this is due to security modules active on the webserver or security plugins. Try to check for them.

Hi Stefano,

we have deactivated all chaching and security plugins on our homepage, but still have the same problem. Could you specify which security server modules you reffered to?
