    Hi
    I installed the plugin, but when I try to send a newsletter I get this message: “Database error. If you were saving a newsletter try a table upgrade from the status panel.”
    The newsletter is not sent, nor saved and stays in “draft” status.
    Can you please help?

    i got same issue, and i don’t know how to solve this

    Hi, check on System Logs for a store-xxx.txt file to see if the error is reported. Most times that error is due to unicode characters and a database not supporting them. You can even try, if available, to convert the tables to utf8mb4 from the system-status panel.
