Custom form data – where is it?

Hi, I set up a custom form and called it with [newsletter_form form=1]. After a user fills out the form and submits it, a mail for the double opt-in is sent to his given e-mail address. So far, so good. Now what I as the admin want to see is the filled out form after the subscription is valid (so after the user clicked on the confirmation link in the e-mail). Where are any of the values that were submitted by the user?

I thought I’d just get an e-mail copy of the filled out form.
