Create different response message for different lists?

I have more than 1 list – how can I add a DIFFERENT response (ie, Thank you/you have now subscribed to…) message for each list? As only the main response message is sent. If this is not possible, how do I create a redirection to a Thank You url (and stop the default response form) for a different list?

Yes, that would indeed be very helpful! Also: different sender addresses for different lists, for example techsupport@xyz.com, sales@xyz.com.
