I had reports that some users were finding that the confirmation url link ‘did not work’, so I added a special ‘in case of difficulties view this email on line’ link. I sent myself a test but when I clicked the special view online link (or any of the other view online links in the template ) the confirmation had no url attached, just the plain text; when I clickd the confirmation link in the email I received the link worked fine…
BTW, is there any way to change the font of the confirmation link?
