Changing the Button Style

I found the tutorial you guys have about how to change the button style colors and font. I understand HTML code and all that jazz, not a problem. But I cannot find how to ACCESS the HTML code for button. Now I only have the free version of your plug in. Would this be why I cannot access the HTML code? Also would this be why under support it also says “License Not Set”?

just to be sure: are you referring to the newsletter buttons or to the forms buttons?
