    Hi,

    I hope you are well.

    When a subscriber wants to modify their profile after the welcome email, they go to the web page, make the modifications and click “Save”, the following message is displayed: “There has been a critical error on your website. Learn more information about debugging in WordPress. “and the changes are not saved.

    Have you faced this problem before? Some support would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, can you find out more about that error? for example you can have some information in the server error log or, with the last version of WP, an emould could have been sent to the administrator.
