Can’t change the subscribe button and the Your Email Address text

Hi there, I red your old answers to this topic but none of them applicable to the problem mentioned.
Inside the panel List Building and then inside the menu Subscription or Subscription Fields….there is no any mention to the Subscribe button and the “Your Email Address” text.

Can you please say in a very easy to follow steps how to change this?
