    simply as there isn't any 

    HOW TO USE THE KEY Paste it on your Newsletter » Settings » License Key field.

    I simply cant find the "license Key" field

    the support ticket doesn't help either as it always says ..

    Q: how to activate license ?  

    A: Sorry, I've not found an answer to "how to activate license ?",

    it feels like run around ion circles ... I already tried to refund my purchase and to stop work with "the newsletter"   but, cant make it happen either

    Hi, if you're running a multilanguage blog (Polylang, WPML, Translatepress) it could be the Newsletter/Settings page is not showing all the options, you need to switch to all languages on the WP admin black bar.
    But on the options panels, you should see a notice about that.

    Do you have an already-opened ticket about this issue? If you have a license you can open a ticket from your account page on this site.

    Hi, about the refund, it should be asked to us via ticket so we can process the request. I see you have a license purchased today (so from now on you should be able to open a ticket, the previous licenses has been expired one month ago).

    Since you have old licenses, you don't need to change the license in your blog, just check if you used the UNNN-NNNNN license format (with a starting U) on your Newsletter/Settings.
