Can I customize the column names in exported csv lists?

I am using some “extra form fields” on my subscribe form and when I export a list, the column headers are called “Profile 1” and so on for each extra field. I want to be able to configure what the column headers will say. Also, a way to remove the “token” column would be a nice option.
