    I see that a Newsletter can be emailed but I can’t tell if a Newsletter can be posted or put into a Page. Is there a shortcode that will display the latest Newsletter within a Page or Post? If not, can anyone suggest another solution or plugin?

    No, it’s not possible (a newsletter is a full and complete HTML page), but you can publish them with our Archive addon.
