    Hi,
    We have an issue getting the bounce status for emails that don’t exist and mapping that status to the subscribers’ list. First, we used Sendinblue plugin to send Newsletter emails, and the plugin worked fine, changing subscribers’ status from “Confirmed” to “Bounced”.
    Then we’ve set up Amazon as our domain SMTP and also installed the Amazon SES addon. Now, when sending newsletters with Amazon SES, we can’t get the status to change to bounce for our imported subscribers that have hard bounce emails.

    What can we do to set things right?
