    If I sent 1,913 but reach was only 1,735, why is that? What does reach mean exactly?

    I know it’s not what bounced that made the difference since my bounces this time around has hit 732. (I find that number huge. The last newsletter I sent out in November 2019. Looking for reasons I wonder if it’s because of COVID. When I look at the names/domains I think it’s because of people moving on, changing or losing jobs, businesses shutting down, dropped domains and deaths (many on the list are older)).
