Automatic list assignement and unsubscribe button in Emails

Hello, I have a couple of questions.

Firstly, I might have a simple issue but can't find a solution: I know how to do this manually, but I would like to automate adding users to specific lists directly from the dropdown menu in my newsletter form. Is this even possible in the free version and if so: how?

Secondly, I'd like to include an unsubscribe button in all my emails, including welcome emails et cetera, but I'm unsure how to do this. Where is the right place to give the plugin this order?
