Automatic e-mail when an article is published

Hello,
I have a blog with some articles (5/10 a week) but it can be zero sometimes.
Is-it possible to automatically send an e-mail to subrcribers when a new article is published?

If it’s not possible, how the add-on automated manage the automated newsletter if no article is published? Is it sending again previous articles that subsribers have already received ? (If there is no article on one week and i have setup a weekly newsletter for example)

Hi, with Automated addon you can send twice a day the latest published articles.
