Automated newsletter not detecting new WooCommerce products

Hi,

We’re using the Automated and WooCommerce addons. The template is set to send only when new products are detected, it is not working, there’s been many new products added to the store but the newsletter system reports that no new products have been detected.
Any help is greatly appreciated
