Automated extension showing posts from only 1 category

Hello,

I bought the premium version from the newsletter plugin and installed the Automated extension.
After that I tried to create channel to configure the categories that i want to show in my automated newsletter.
But it only shows posts from 1 category no matter how many categories I check in “Categories to include”

Can I get some help please ?

Where can I find the premium support ?
