API Error.

I try to add a subscriber programmatically from a WP ACF form:

I get this error: Newsletter API Error: HTTP 401 – Response: {“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

What might be the cause? Do I have to consider special settings in the newsletter list I created?
