    I have seen that there are a number of API calls that can be used to subscribe an email address to a list etc.

    However, I have not found anything to check if an email address has singed up.

    I am developing a game and want to provide in game content to players who have subscribed to my email list.

    Is this possible? I am thinking I would also want to make sure that the email address has been confirmed (ie the user has received and clicked the conformation email after singing up)
