Adrotate shortcode in newsletter content no working

Hello,

I tried to insert shortcode with text bloc or html block in the content of my newsletter but it doesn’t work…
It’s a shortcode from adrotate plugin like [adrotate banner=”1″].
I’ve tried to do with copy and paste, and with handwriting, but I’ve got the same result, the shortcode appears in my test sending and it’s not replaced with the configured banner…
How can I insert this short code in bloc of content of my newsletter ?

Hi, you need to activate the shortcodes on Newsletter’s main settings but pay attention that banners inserted via javascript and not pure images, won’t work on email clients.

it is activated… it’s my problem…
I’ve tried with adrotate group, without js…
A new test a few minutes, and it doesn’t work…
