Adding Existing User Roles

I am wondering if this plugin can add existing user roles. For example, I have a membership plugin that has to create 3 new roles, for I now have 4 roles (note including admin, etc). Subscriber Level#1, Level#2, Level#3 and level#4. Therefore I am needing to create a new list and sync the current users I have from my blog to a new list within this plugin, it this possible?
