Add-ons now included?

Hi, I use “Extended Composer Blocks” and “Reports and Retargeting” – I remember I bought it some time ago. Now, it says that its not up to date, but update does not work. And if I click on the plugins, WP says “Plugin not found”.
Are these no longer separate Plugins? Did they change the licensing system?
