Hello, I installed Newsletter Plug-in for the first time in my WordPress Blog. I controlled system health before installing Add-ons Manager. After installation and activation, I went to plug.in list and tried to see the add-ons manager details: the system response was “Plug-in not found”. Nevertheless, I installed Intrasend but even though the installation went ok, Intrasend doesn’t work within my posts. Could you please help me to understand how to fix this problem?
Thank you in advance
Patricia MarthiApril 17, 2024 at 1:07 pm #325370MichaelKeymasterHello Patricia and thanks for using our plugin.
Just a quick question: is the addon manager correctly installed and activated on your blog now?
Thanks,
MichaelApril 25, 2024 at 1:46 pm #325714infoParticipantHello Michael,
unfortunately addon manager is not installed correctly. I tried many times to install addon manager but after the ok message, when I go to verify the correctness in the details view , it appears the message “plugin not found”.
I can’t understand what’s happening. Is there any pre-condition for the installation? Can you help me?
Thank you very much in advance
PatriciaApril 29, 2024 at 9:41 am #325810MichaelKeymasterHello Patricia,
no, there is no pre-condition to install the Addons Manager, it’s just a regular plugin. Could you please try again after deleting the plugin folder via ftp?

May 12, 2024 at 12:40 am #326339infoParticipantHello Michael, no way. Perhaps the problem is that I changed my email in the system, but everything went ok. What do you suggest me?
Thanks a lot in advance.
PatriciaMay 13, 2024 at 4:09 pm #326384MichaelKeymasterHello Patricia,
that shouldn’t be related, however if everything’s working as it should, I’d leave it as it is. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks,
MichaelMay 13, 2024 at 10:54 pm #326425infoParticipantHi Michael,
thank you so much for your kind reply.
I’m afraid I didn’t explain my situation correctly: when I tried to install Newsletter add-on, the system responded ok but nothing was implemented. In fact, Addon was there in the list of installed plugins but without any content. I don’t know what to do, I would hate to uninstall Newsletter and start over because I customized many things that are already running in my website.
What do you suggest?Kind regards,
PatriciaMay 15, 2024 at 5:35 pm #326521MichaelKeymasterHello Patricia,
do you see the Addons manager label in green when you hover on Newsletter from your WordPress sidebar?
May 16, 2024 at 1:06 am #326528infoParticipantHello Michael, yes, I do.
I tried again but the result was exactly the same: “Plugin not found ” but it seemed the installation went ok as I received the ok message.
The file type I enter is Cartella compressa (.zip). Is it ok?
Thanks again for your reply.

I fear we won’t be able to troubleshoot this without a direct access. Could you please create a temporary admin account using this email: michael@thenewsletterplugin.com?
Thanks,
MichaelMay 16, 2024 at 3:10 pm #326583infoParticipantHello Michael, already done. Are you able to access?

May 16, 2024 at 6:18 pm #326596infoParticipantMichael, I’m afraid there is a problem. I’still seeing “Plugin not found” within the details of the AddOn Manager plug-in (let’s say, consulting the installed plugins, and there the addOn Manager plug-in after the Newsletter one in the list). Nevertheless, I entered Add On Manager from the Newsletter Menu and installed Intrasend. The installation went OK or it seems so, but I don’t see Intrasend within the article features as I expected. Am I wrong? Intrasend is orange in the Newsletter menu.
Thanks so much for what you’re doing for me.
Kindly
PatriciaMay 20, 2024 at 10:08 am #326669MichaelKeymasterHello Patricia,
that is normal, since the addon comes from our private repository and not the official WordPress plugin directory.
About Instasend: you don’t see Instasend widget in the right sidebar of the posts editing page? Are you sure it’s not minimized?

May 20, 2024 at 5:49 pm #326703infoParticipantHi Michael,
I can see Intrasend in the right sidebar but it’s not working, The button “Create Newsletter” is grey and it never enables newsletter creation. It really appears enabled while updating the article but as soon as update is finished, it turns grey again and no text is generated. When I saw an Intrasend demonstration, the application enabled the button when ending edition.
I’m sorry for disturbing but I’d want to use Newsletter for a while and verify it’s useful to me before upgrading.
Kind regards,

May 23, 2024 at 11:13 am #326860MichaelKeymasterHello Patricia,
I just logged in and everything is working as expected. Here’s the “normal” way of using Instased. You create your post, then save it and publish it. Now Instasend widget is active, and you can create a newsletter following the steps.
