    Hi

    my problem is:
    1) the activation email to the customer is sent same time with the welcome email.
    2) the activation email lands in the spam folder while the welcome email lands in the inbox

    How to fix that?

    Hi, the welcome email is sent only on confirmation. Are ALL welcome emails sent immediately or only when you test it? A possible problem could be antivirus softwares activating the link inside the activation email.
