We have recently migrated our portal, which has an active license for the plugin, to AWS. At 47% of the process, we encountered the following error:
“A newsletter has been stopped due to an error: 500 – {“ErrorIdentifier”:”4ae1774e-c620-4303-8ea1-1aee4d90a806″,”StatusCode”:500,”ErrorMessage”:”Ouch! Something went wrong on our side and we apologize! Please contact our support team who’ll be able to help you on this”}.”
What could have caused this issue? Could it be related to the change of provider? We did not experience any problems with the on-premise server.
