Content in Database

Hi, is it possible to read the content of individual newsletters from an existing database? Or in which directory in the root could I find the corresponding content?

The background is as follows: I would like to link to newsletters on an old page in a current page. However, this no longer works because php is outdated and is no longer supported on the server. Now I have to redo everything and would like to access old data.
I hope I have explained it clearly. Maybe there is another solution.
