    Hello!

    I am trying to install the import/export plugin and every time I only see the error: “Error while installing”

    I have the free license which is all I need for that addon and I properly installed the addons manager plugin. Could I have some assistance with this?

    Hello,

    please try to uninstall and reinstall (and activate) the addon manager and see if that solved the issue.

    Gave that a shot and I still have the same error. Any other thoughts? Thanks!

    Hello Ben,

    please access your account page in our website and download the import export addon, and try to manually install it.

    Suggestion: Check your site’s security measures, ie. Wordfence, Mod_Security, etc.
    Ask your host to check the error log for clues.
