Everything is fine on the server and other sites using this plugin, but when I send a test on one particular site it works, but the actually delivery will not go out. The site is in “coming soon” mode, so is that what’s preventing it from sending?
May 17, 2017 at 7:30 pm #33264Louis RParticipantI am experiencing this issue, test sends-delivery does not, but, I am not in “coming soon” mode.
May 17, 2017 at 10:07 pm #33267StefanoKeymasterHi, when you start a real delivery you should see the newsletter in the status sending (xx/yy). Can you confirm?
Then it should be “slowely” delivered. Have you a notice in the admin side reporting that the cron system is not working?
Stefano.
May 17, 2017 at 11:31 pm #33273Louis RParticipantHi Stefano, No cron or other messages. I paused/continue several times in the last couple of hours. I’m used to the way it delivers and it has always worked well until this broadcast. The report stays at: Sending 0 of 230.

May 18, 2017 at 1:18 am #33277Thendara Mountain ClubParticipantWith todays update the plugin no longer sends emails only the test email. the following cron error is received
[Wed May 17 18:11:05.887574 2017] [:warn] [pid 14464] [client ????????:57348] Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /home/thendara/public_html/wp-cron.php, referer: http://www.thendaramountainclub.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1495062635.6298830509185791015625
I use Amazon SES in it sends the test immediately.

May 18, 2017 at 10:50 am #33284AnonymousInactiveHello,
I have the same problem : tests were performed with success on various e-mail addresses but the delivery doesn’t work.
More one hour of run and always 0 delivery.
Everything worked well on march (I don’t send newsletter very often : 1 to every 2 or 3 months).
I don’t understand the explanation about cron and when I look the status, I have 2 KO :
– Database wait timeout KO Your database wait timeout is 60 seconds
That value is low and could produce database connection errors while sending emails. Ask the provider to raise it at least to 300 seconds.
– Cron calls KO The blog cron system is NOT triggere enough often.
Trigger interval: average 1269 s, max 21096 s, min 1 sI don’t know how to fix them. I used OVH and I didn’t find anything about cron.
I looked at my wordpress interface but without success. Now, I saw your post, I think it’s not a problem from me but from the update of the day.
I hope the problem will be solve in few hours.
Have a good dayMay 18, 2017 at 11:59 am #33294reboot01Participantsame here. doesn’t work after update:
