Hello, your plugin is integrated with my theme and it will come very useful for my customers in my future website. Would you like me to fully translate the plugin and the necessary add-ons to Bulgarian. You would have potential millions of users. I would love to do it but I need a license. all the plugins I need is the autoresponder, contact form 7 and the woocommerce.
This is a benefit both for you and more than 7 million Bulgarian language speakers
I can locate all the strings, I use WPML, when I’m ready which will take a week I would send you back my po/mo localized.

to translate Newsletter core plugin we use WordPress GlotPress project, which you can find and contribute to here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/newsletter/.
As you can see, Bulgarian has already been translated (mostly).
As for the addons, at the moment we do not provide localization.Thanks,
