    I put the license generated by your site but it gives me this error and I can’t download the addons

    Hello,

    I do have the same problem.

    I have copied the license key and got “license check failed”. There doesn’t seem to be an options to enter a new key. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello,
    if you go to main settings it should report a more specific error. Try to empty the field, save, then input it again e click save again.

    i just want to reenter the key which is not possible

    I am having the same problem. I cannot reenter the key. I entered it incorrectly and now I am locked out and have a red “License Check Failed” message.

    Hi, go to the Newsletter’s main settings and there you can change the key.

    Thanks! For those that need more detail:

    Click “Settings” or hover over “Settings” and click “General Settings”. Then click the “Settings” tab. When you click on the “Settings” tab you will see a field labeled “License Key”. Update the key there.
