We noticed we are getting unsubscribe emails only for .edu users to remove from our mailing list. The subscriber did not initiate this request. Does anyone else have this issue with .edu domain users?
we are aware of this issue but unfortunately there is little we can do about. It’s caused by some aggressive spam filters. I’d suggest to turn on 2-step unsubscription.

This is happening even with 2-step unsubscription turned on. My own university account through outlook has just been involuntarily unsubscribed for the second time. What can be done?
